Construction of the HPL Panel – Technology that Delivers Quality

LB THERM HPL sandwich panels are composite solutions in which the outer layers are high-pressure laminate (HPL) compliant with EN 438, and the core is made of XPS or PUR foam. This configuration ensures not only high stiffness and mechanical resistance, but also excellent thermal and acoustic insulation properties.

These features are particularly important in applications such as exterior doors, entrance doors for residential buildings, as well as technical and fire-rated doors that require compliance with both performance standards and aesthetic expectations.
