side walls, roofs and partitions ensuring an optimal weight-to-stiffness ratio
lightweight walls, roofs and fronts resistant to moisture and UV radiation
roof and side panels reducing vehicle weight and increasing durability
wall panels, cabins, clean rooms and laboratories with high chemical resistance
The GFK (Glass-Fibre Reinforced Plastic / Glass-Fibre Reinforced Polymer) sandwich panel is a composite made of two thin glass-fibre reinforced layers (“skins”) combined with a lightweight core (e.g. PUR, XPS).
It is a solution that combines low weight, rigidity and high mechanical strength.
Composite made of two thin glass-fibre reinforced layers, available in:
– standard version with visible fibres
– gloss version with a high-gloss finish
– reinforced version with visible mesh
– XPS – extruded polystyrene
– PUR – rigid polyurethane foam (high thermal insulation and dimensional stability
