FlexStab is a lightweight yet robust sandwich panel combining the high surface resistance of HPL laminate with the excellent thermal insulation properties of an XPS core. The construction is further enhanced by an integrated compensating insert, positioned between the outer HPL facing and the XPS core.
This insert performs a stabilizing function by reducing stresses caused by changing environmental conditions such as temperature fluctuations and humidity variations. As a result, the panel offers improved dimensional stability, maintained flatness, and long-lasting aesthetic performance — even under demanding operating conditions.
FlexStab is engineered for durability, reliability, and real-world performance of door leaf systems.
